Ford Bikes Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Ford Bikes
Ford Bikes has a polarized customer base with sharply divided opinions. One five-star reviewer praised the ordering process, customer service, and their Ford Bronco E-Bike, calling it a head-turning design that delivers an enjoyable riding experience. However, two one-star reviews raised serious concerns: one customer reported that a $4,500 bike did not fit riders as advertised (up to 6 feet), while another experienced weeks of silence after ordering a $3,700 Mustang e-bike and questioned the legitimacy of the company after finding limited information and red flags online.
The recurring issues center on product fit, unclear business legitimacy, and communication gaps during order fulfillment. The positive review suggests that when the company performs well, customers are satisfied with design and service quality. However, the majority of reviews (67 percent) reflect significant problems with product specifications and customer communication that undermine confidence in the brand, particularly given the premium price points of these e-bikes.

Sorted by: Most recent1 Star - A $4,500 Bike That Doesn't Deliver. I'm a longtime Ford loyalist with multiple vehicles, stock in the company, and I was genuinely excited about their eBike line. Unfortunately, both the product and the company behind it have let me down completely. The bike itself claims to fit riders up to 6 feet but it simply doesn't work. The banana seat is fixed in place with zero adjustability, which makes it impossible to get comfortable if you're anywhere near the maximum height. This isn't just annoying, it actually causes knee strain and isn't good for your body when you're trying to pedal. For a $4,500 bike with the Ford name on it, this is a serious design problem that should have been caught before launch. Customer service has been nonexistent. I've tried calling, left voicemails, and filled out web forms multiple times with zero response. Not a single person got back to me. That's shocking coming from a company built on customer relationships. As someone planning to invest in multiple eBikes for the family and already a Bronco owner, this whole experience has been really disappointing.
Pretty sketchy experience with this website. Placed an order for a Mustang e-bike at the end of the year for $3700 and got order confirmation but then radio silence for a week. When I dug into the company, there wasn't much real information out there and some red flags popped up suggesting it might not be legit. I asked customer service for my money back. Sophie replied quickly saying the cancellation and refund were being handled by the finance department. Problem is, I never actually got the $3700 back even 17 days later. Since early January I've followed up several times and they keep saying there's a 15 day waiting period. At this point I filed a BBB complaint and started a fraud claim with my credit card. Sophie sent another email claiming the refund went through on the 22nd. We'll see what happens, but I'd be careful before buying anything from Ford Bikes.
Had an amazing time ordering from Ford Bikes. Their customer service team made the whole process smooth and easy. Just got my Ford Bronco E-Bike delivered and I absolutely love riding it. The design turns heads everywhere I go and it's such a blast to use. Really impressed with Ford Bikes overall.
