That was 4 watches totaling £142. I've sent loads of emails but the money never showed up in my bank account. I really regret ordering from Fossil in the first place. Sort this out please.
I've bought from Fossil multiple times without any trouble. The quality could be a bit better, but that's probably what comes with the price point. That said, their service is fantastic. They keep you updated every step of the way and deliveries consistently arrive before the promised date. Really satisfied overall.
After Fossil acquired Misfit, they just stopped supporting Misfit watches and shut down the app and website without any warning. Users can't adjust settings anymore or even change the time on their watches. There was no announcement. Misfit just disappeared from their site and people found themselves locked out. I'd really think hard before buying anything from this brand.
I've never experienced worse customer service. They barely respond and when they do, they just repeat the same information. My watch is broken and even though I keep asking for help, no one answers me. Every few weeks someone different from the company emails back and we start the whole conversation over. I've been dealing with this for months now with a defective watch.
I bought an Armani watch through Amazon in late 2020. Two weeks ago it quit working, so I followed the warranty procedure and arranged to send it back to Fossil for repair. The shipping cost me about £7. A few days later, Fossil said the repair would be almost £140, which is what I originally paid for the watch. I tried many times to share proof that this should be covered under warranty but heard nothing back. I even called and spoke to someone from Poland who said he'd relay my issue, but still nothing. A few follow-up messages said they hadn't heard from me and asked if they could help, which was frustrating. Finally, I contacted Amazon and they said they'd give me full credit if I returned it. That's when Fossil agreed to send my watch back, but only after I filled out a form declining any repairs. Within days I had the watch back, still broken and exactly as I'd sent it. Amazon then arranged pickup from a delivery service.
I bought a watch in August for my mother's 60th birthday. No delivery updates were sent and it arrived much later than expected, so my mom's gift was delayed. I emailed Fossil and they apologized and said they'd send me a discount code for my trouble. I asked for the code but they never replied. They keep ignoring my emails even though they have one from them on file offering the discount. This is really frustrating. Fossil's customer service hasn't helped me at all. The watch itself is beautiful, but I won't be ordering from them again.
I'm not shocked by all the negative feedback about Fossil anymore. They show zero commitment to customer care. Buy the product and they vanish when you need help after the sale. I purchased a cream colored Fossil bag for over £100 a couple months back, and it developed large dirty marks just from normal use in my home. None of my other bags have this problem. I brought it to the store and the staff were completely unhelpful. They wouldn't suggest cleaning methods and actually discouraged me from trying anything. When I said that meant I couldn't wear it, they basically said a refund wouldn't happen, but I should send in my receipt just in case. Since I'm heading back to Portugal soon, I probably won't get anything. I'm really upset about how I've been treated.
Fossil support is the worst I've ever dealt with. I went back and forth for 6 months trying to get a refund. The repair center messed up my watch 3 different times and didn't even bother opening it properly to try fixing anything. Phone support is completely useless. What's the point of having support if they can't actually fix or refund anything? I'm done. I'm going to tell everyone I know not to buy from Fossil.
Do not use this company. We returned unworn watches within weeks and still haven't gotten our refund even though it's been over a month. They say 14 business days but it's been double that and they've stopped responding. This place is just a scam selling junk with zero refund policy.
Wonderful experience shopping at Fossil Silverburn in Glasgow. The staff there including Richard were really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store had great safety protocols along with the rest of the shopping center. My daughter got a bag and I bought a watch as a gift for someone's 60th birthday. Both items were lovely quality and reasonably priced. Really nice to be back shopping in stores.
