The whole process was straightforward and I'm really pleased with what I got. I went with the matte finish glass and would say that's the way to go, but honestly you can't go wrong with either option.

I've bought several Fracture glass prints over the years as keepsakes for my late husband. My latest order was my first medium size piece, and unfortunately the backing keyhole broke when I tried to hang it. The great news is that their customer service team was incredibly responsive. I just sent them a photo and they shipped out a replacement print right away, no questions asked. It looks perfect hanging on my wall now. I ordered a print as a Christmas gift for my mom and right after I uploaded the photo it was already on its way. I was expecting it to arrive after Christmas, but it showed up on the 22nd which was perfect timing. The quality looked incredible. My mom absolutely adored it. The sizing at 15.5 by 20.5 inches looked fantastic. Will be ordering again for sure.
