This outfit is completely fraudulent. Their jeans are pricey but they've got basically zero sales support or customer help online. They partner with the SHOP app which forces you through checkout without any way to review what you're buying. You can't get through to anyone at Frame. It took a full day for them to respond to my cancellation request, and that was just 5 minutes after they confirmed my order through the app. When they finally replied, they said they couldn't cancel even though their website says you can. They promised to try contacting the warehouse but said it was closed for the weekend. I pointed out that if they're closed weekends then how are orders getting processed with nobody there? Well, today they shipped the item I tried to cancel. They're only interested in taking your money. In this age of online shopping, it's absurd that they can't stop something seconds after it's ordered but can instantly ship it. Worst customer service ever. Super arrogant and unhelpful. I'm dreading what happens if I need to return anything.

Frame's corduroy pants are some of the worst quality corduroy I've ever encountered. The way they dye the fabric is shocking. Every single wash releases thick clouds of color into the water. Obviously made somewhere with minimal oversight. After only two months I had to toss them because they looked destroyed and the dyes seemed questionable for health reasons. I own around six pairs of corduroy from other brands like Calvin Klein, Mango, Zara, and Loro Piana and none of them shed color like Frame's do. Incredibly poor quality. I'm done buying from them.

Purchased expensive Frame trousers that arrived damaged after minimal wear. When I contacted them about getting help, they dismissed it as standard wear and said nothing could be done. That's completely unacceptable for something that costs that much. Looking at other reviews on here, I'm clearly not alone in having a terrible experience with their after sale support.

Been waiting over a year now and still no refund on those jeans. I've made countless attempts to reach this company through phone and email but get absolutely nothing back. It's clear they're operating fraudulently. Stay away from shopping with them.

My $248 denim cutoffs fell apart at the seams after just four washes. The problem was with how they positioned the patch pocket near the fray, but Frame won't take responsibility for defective merchandise. Check their site and you'll notice they have no warranty protection. Compare that to Mother jeans which offers a full year warranty. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Same problem as everyone else commenting. My card was charged but over two weeks have gone by without any word from them. They're ignoring my emails even though I waited a week. Tried texting too but naturally there's no phone number available, how convenient. Never purchasing from them ever again.

Ordered something, got charged immediately, and received an email saying it had been dispatched. Except the tracking number shows FedEx never received the package and it's been stuck there for a week. Can't call anyone because there's no phone number listed. I've emailed multiple times but haven't heard back even though they claim one day response time. Their site also promises orders ship same day or next day, which didn't happen. This is my first and last purchase from Frame. They don't follow their own promises and have no real customer service. Still waiting for this to get resolved.

Placed an order, got charged, but the item never arrived. Zero response from anyone at the company. There's not even a phone line you can call. Total scam operation. Steer clear of them.

The shipping and customer service at Frame Denim is absolutely dreadful. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. They claim your order shipped and provide tracking, but then nothing moves and they charge your card anyway. When you finally get a response, they just make excuses blaming FedEx for not updating status for five business days. Even the FedEx representative thought that was funny and offered to call them himself to explain what was actually happening. Of course they won't make it easy since there's no phone number for their support team anymore. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them online. Stick with places like Neimans, Nordstrom or Saks instead. I'm disputing the charge with my bank. Too bad really because I do like their jeans.

This company engages in shocking fraudulent practices. If you purchase from them, understand that they will not refund you for any problems with your items. Their business model is absolutely deplorable.
