Really like the products themselves. We ordered 3 sets of 14 panels plus 2 gates, but 4 panels arrived damaged. Called customer service and they're replacing them. Then we ordered another 3 sets and got them yesterday with 7 damaged panels. Going to call them again today. The concept is solid but shipping handling definitely needs improvement.

FXW has totally changed the game for us! Works fantastic for our golden puppies. We have one for inside and one for outside. The pull-out rod system makes moving it super easy. Our order of 14 panels and 2 gates arrived today, which was faster than we expected, and everything was in perfect shape. FXW kept us updated throughout shipping and so did the carrier. All the pieces exceeded what we thought the quality would be. We set up fencing inside around our front entryway as a safety gate for our new rescue pup during training. Assembly was quick and our dog loves it. The gates need two hands to unlock both latches which we think is actually a smart safety feature. We're planning to use the remaining panels as a moveable pen outside for yard work and socializing. This system is so versatile with tons of possibilities. We're thrilled and confident this will last for years.
