They seem to send responses maybe once a day if you're lucky, and sometimes you'll wait several days without hearing anything. Plus that chat widget on their site closes as soon you load the page. Really unprofessional. Feels like one person who watched too many dropshipping tutorials is running the whole operation. I'd check their policies carefully before purchasing anything.
This company deserves negative stars. Stay far away! The bikes might be decent quality, but if something goes wrong you're out of luck. There's basically one person handling all customer support who doesn't speak English well. We tried to cancel our order because they were doing some sketchy things with pricing, but they shipped it anyway and tried charging us. With communication this bad and only one person available, it's been a total nightmare. Their website phone number just goes to some guy's personal cell phone that he barely answers. These bikes cost way too much to risk having zero support if problems come up. We never even got our bikes and they won't respond to emails or calls about our refund. We've had to file disputes with our bank and contact the Better Business Bureau. This company might make an okay bike but their service is completely broken.
The bike itself is great. We got a t7 model for the holidays. Our first shipment arrived damaged, and there was some confusion tracking down the replacement, but they did send a new one which we received fine. The main issue is that their customer service through the website doesn't respond quickly at all. Their support team really needs to step up their game and be more available.
I really do enjoy the design, but it could be even better if they threw in some extra accessories to complete the package.
Been riding my e-bike for several weeks and I'm very happy with it. The ride feels smooth, the motor provides great power, and the battery range is solid. Bike arrived within a week in great packaging and was simple to put together. The RS model with the 25AH battery is definitely the way to go. The 6-level suspension gives you an incredibly smooth ride even when you're on rougher terrain. It's a quality bike that should give you tons of fun riding experiences.
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. My wife received a new bike with a damaged pedal sprocket. I tried reaching out through 4 phone calls and 4 emails on their website but heard nothing back. I had to fix it myself just so the chain wouldn't slip off. Then after waiting 4 months they finally responded, but instead of sending a replacement part, they just directed me to that same unhelpful website. They clearly know what the issue is and have my address on file, yet they won't help. Don't buy from here unless you want to be left hanging once they have your money.
Terrible company. Had multiple major motor issues and problems that just kept piling up. Once they get your cash they don't care about you anymore. Customer service is basically nonexistent and they treat you like garbage the moment your money is in their pocket.
