Found this site while shopping for an anniversary ring for my boyfriend and fell in love with how original the designs are. I went with the Acadia ring because it had my birthstone incorporated into it. Right after I bought it, I got an email saying I'd get updates throughout the creation and shipping process. Got one email a couple days later mentioning they were working on the engraving and it should be finished in 3 days. But then 5 days passed with no word. I tried emailing them and the address didn't work, so I sent messages through their chat feature and Instagram. Someone from their team got back to me by email saying sorry about the silence, and they sent tracking info right after. That helped calm my nerves a bit since I was honestly worried I'd been taken advantage of based on some of the negative reviews out there. Well, it showed up about 2 weeks after I placed the order and I'm relieved to say it's the real deal. The packaging looked decent and the box is nice. The ring feels authentic, has nice weight, and seems well made. To be completely honest I was really scared this might be a sketchy operation, but the ring is genuinely beautiful and I'm confident my boyfriend will absolutely love it.
