Sorted by: Most recentUnfortunately a big letdown. Their formulas are actually pretty solid, but the customer service and the way items are packaged left a lot to be desired. I ordered a mystery box from them for the first time and was genuinely excited about it. I went with the medium box, which was somewhere around $50 to $70, because I knew it included the light up liquid lipstick and that's mainly why I chose that size over the small one. The order showed up in reasonable time, but when I opened it, the light on the lipstick didn't work at all and the compact with the highlighter and blush inside had cracked and wouldn't close properly. I sent them an email about the issues and they asked for a photo of the lipstick to prove the light was broken, but they didn't say anything about the cracked compact. I sent the pictures over and then heard nothing back. No replacement was ever sent, and I even told them I'd ship the broken stuff back if they'd send me new ones. Look, I buy mystery boxes all the time and I understand how they work. I know typically there are no refunds, but when you get damaged items that should be different, especially when a customer is willing to return them. It's frustrating because while the color selection might not have been my style, I get that's part of the mystery box experience.
Really disappointed with my purchase - definitely won't be ordering again. I bought two setting sprays because I kept seeing them praised all over YouTube. The delivery was surprisingly fast, but three days after it arrived, FedEx sent me an unexpected charge for £20 in taxes. When I reached out to the company, they said I was responsible for paying it. This was frustrating because before I placed my order, someone on their team told me there wouldn't be any extra fees and that the price I was paying would be the total. What followed was a bunch of back and forth emails where the staff kept using casual language like "babe" and "love" while I was trying to resolve a real problem. It felt pretty dismissive given the situation. They did refund me a small amount as a goodwill gesture, but it didn't even cover half of what I owed FedEx, so I ended up losing money anyway. They kept saying there was nothing more they could do. I had to pay FedEx out of my own pocket. The actual product itself wasn't even that great either, which made the whole thing worse since I was really hoping to love it based on all the hype. This entire experience has been stressful and honestly just a waste of my money. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
