Awful experience with customer service. I made a reservation for a getaway, but due to unexpected circumstances with hurricanes, I needed to cancel. When I asked about using the booking for a different trip instead, they refused to work with me since I couldn't plan far enough in advance. They wouldn't budge even when I offered an alternative. Complete ripoff.
