Sorted by: Most recentThe toothpaste is decent enough. Tiny tube for a big price though. Cleans pretty well but doesn't do much for freshening breath or making teeth whiter. The real problem is they spam your email constantly about toothpaste. I'm talking every single day, sometimes five emails in one day. Customer service keeps saying sorry and that I'm unsubscribed, then the emails never stop. They apologize again, say they'll send it to tech support, and then disappear. Even started replying to their social media ads and same thing happens there, they apologize and ask me to message them but never respond. When I told them they were breaking the CAN-SPAM law they blocked me on Facebook. Will never give this company another dime.
Picked up toothpaste and mouthwash back in November. Got a label notification in early December saying UPS would grab it. Mid-December I saw it was supposed to arrive on 1/2/26. Turns out the thing never actually went out, and now it's been over 2 months. Customer service sent me a couple emails saying sorry about the wait, but that's all they did. No actual compensation or real effort to fix it, just the same delivery date repeated back to me. I'm done with this company. They're great at making ads and getting you to buy stuff, but their actual operations are a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from them.
My story is exactly the same as other people's here. Put in an order on December 2nd and got an email on December 11th saying they're waiting on UPS to pick it up. Another email on December 15th saying still waiting on UPS. I replied asking them to reach out to UPS themselves and also sent a message through their site the next day. Couldn't find a phone number to call anywhere. Ended up calling my credit card company and they filed a dispute for me since nothing was getting resolved.
Pretty much the same situation as everyone else complaining here. Bought the mouthwash they were pushing hard, paid on December 4th. A label got made and we waited for USPS to grab it. Around December 11th I started asking where it was and got told USPS had it, then the next sentence said USPS hadn't picked it up yet. By December 14th I'd had enough and asked for my money back because nothing was moving. They said sorry and offered 10% off. But I didn't want a discount on something I never got, I wanted my full money back. They emailed again on December 16th saying I'd get the full refund if it didn't ship by then. December 18th I'm still asking for that refund. Instead they processed just 10% back and said they couldn't cancel it but I could wait and return it later, and somehow they have zero memory of promising me a full refund. This feels really shady to me, even though I did like their toothpaste before this mess. Calling my bank to dispute it. Then I'm posting this all over social media.
Don't buy this. It made my gums swell up. Tried using their return policy and had to cover the shipping costs back to the States myself. Just stay away.
Paid for my order at the end of November and it was confirmed. Got an email in early December saying there were no updates from the postal service but they'd keep watching. By mid-December still nothing had changed. I emailed their support explaining the situation. They said I'd usually hear back in a few hours. Never happened. I sent another message asking if this would keep getting ignored. Still no response. I contacted my bank to reverse the charge because at this point it's clear they're not shipping anything or responding to anything. They've had my money since late November with nothing to show for it. This is basically fraud. I'm going to keep posting about this everywhere to make sure other people don't fall for it like I did.
My order never got sent out. Almost a month went by with nothing. First time I reached out they didn't respond. Second time they said they'd take it seriously and investigate, but nothing actually changed and they never followed up. I went through my credit card to cancel instead. Based on what I've experienced, this whole thing looks like a scam to me. Don't waste your money.
