Terrible experience overall. Wish I'd looked them up beforehand. Ordered a customized backpack for a birthday and paid for fast delivery with a guaranteed arrival date. The package got held up though. Turns out they use a shipping service that won't let you upgrade or pick it up yourself. I called to see what could be done but was told nothing could be changed. Don't recommend them for any important occasions.

Bought a holiday cookies gift set but didn't get what was shown on the website. The site pictured a fancy black bag with holiday greetings, but instead I received it in a plain white bag with no decorations. Really let down by this. I've let them know they should show actual photos of what customers will really receive rather than nice pictures just to get sales. Got an apology and some extra cookies as compensation, which was nice, but I hope this doesn't happen going forward.
Ordered a birthday present for my sister that never made it to her. I kept checking the tracking which said it was arriving on a certain date, so I waited. When that date came and went, I emailed asking about the delay. They told me they'd cancelled it without notifying me. They claimed they'd sent a customization email on a specific date, but when I checked all my folders I found nothing from them. They did refund my money, but only after I complained. If the order was already cancelled, shouldn't they have processed the refund immediately and updated the tracking? Seems like someone messed up and doesn't want to own it. Really disappointing.
