Placed an order and realized I made a mistake, so I emailed within a minute of submitting it. That was three days ago with no response. I also tried calling but couldn't reach anyone and sent another message asking for help. Still nothing. Would've liked to order their Maltby Iron sets but I'm not willing to take that risk.
I was skeptical after reading some negative posts, but my experience has been totally different. I've placed two orders in the past month and both went smoothly. Everything was correct, shipped quickly, and when I had questions after receiving my first order, the staff was friendly and really helpful. The products are great quality and I'm happy with my purchases. Will definitely shop with them again and recommend them to my golf friends.
They quoted five to seven days but when I checked on my order, I was told it would be another two weeks because the item was unavailable. Not one heads up from them beforehand, and zero apology. I asked for my money back but apparently only a manager can handle that, so I couldn't get it processed until the following week. Communication and service were both disappointing.
Never received my order and lost $1000. This website appears to be completely fraudulent.
If you need to return something, make absolutely sure you get a signature confirmation. I made the mistake of sending mine regular mail and they claimed it never showed up. Fortunately the item wasn't expensive, but I won't use them again since there are plenty of other retailers to choose from.
