I've bought stuff from Googan pretty regularly over the past couple years and haven't had shipping problems or quality issues with the products. However, I got a damaged tackle box and emailed their support three separate times without any response. Watch out if you need customer support, because you probably won't get it.

I ordered three items including a green series micro light rod. They shipped two of them, then the day before delivery told me the third item was out of stock and issued a refund. But I saw it was still listed as available so I let them know. They took it off the site, and now a day later it's back up for sale again. This feels like dishonest business to me. Awful experience from start to finish! I've been waiting over two weeks for my complete order. Got part of it in three days, but the rest is just sitting somewhere. When I emailed asking what's going on, they said I had to wait fifteen days. That was supposed to be a birthday present! After waiting those fifteen days, they just told me it's in transit. A company this size shouldn't be shipping through USPS, and their customer service is the worst I've dealt with. I'm done buying from them.

They delivered my order to the wrong address. I emailed them at least six times before it even shipped to try and fix it, and got zero responses. No phone line to call either. I'm down $108 and won't be ordering from them again. There are plenty of other options out there. All those five star reviews here must be fake because their support email is totally silent.
