Got my GOOLOO GT 6000 out of the car for the first time on a freezing cold day after letting it sit there for about a month. I needed to jump my 2.0 diesel that hadn't been started in over a week, and it worked perfectly. Only drained 5% of the battery doing it. When I bought it through eBay, the whole experience was smooth. GOOLOO's team was super responsive when I had questions about the warranty registration and setup. I did my research beforehand and watched some YouTube videos which really helped me understand what this thing could do. You can seriously start a vehicle with a completely dead battery using this. Honestly impressed with both the product quality and how their customer service team treated me. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks GOOLOO.

I ordered a jump starter but it never arrived at my house. After that the company just stopped replying to any of my messages. It's been several days since their last response and I'm completely stuck. This feels like a scam to me. All I want is either the product I paid for or my money back.

The A5 jump starter kit showed up at my door and I charged it up right away, but nothing works on it. I can't get GOOLOO to respond to me at all. Complete garbage. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on their stuff.

Purchased a portable tire inflator model GT-160 about 21 months back. I only used it twice total. Once I tried to recharge it the unit just won't respond anymore. It's basically useless now.

Stop the deception and quit ripping off your customers. I bought the GOOLOO GP4000 Jump starter and an air compressor in December 2024 from their eBay store. Worked fine for about five charging cycles and then completely died. Couldn't charge anymore. Got in touch with the eBay seller, explained what happened, and he apologized and offered to send a replacement. The thing had an 18 month warranty so I just needed to cover a fifteen dollar shipping charge. I paid it but then they ghosted me. Never sent the replacement and stopped responding to all my follow up messages. Super disappointed and I'm not buying another GOOLOO product again.

This is honestly some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I called about my jump starter shutting down while I was trying to inflate a tire. They said they needed a video showing the problem, which I sent them right away. They told me I'd get an email response within a day or two. A month later I'm still waiting and I've made three follow up calls asking them to escalate the issue but I've heard nothing. They claimed my email might be blocking their responses and basically said there's nothing they can do about it. Save yourself the headache and buy from someone else.

Decided to cancel my order immediately but somehow my credit card still got charged. GOOLOO told me they'd send a refund but it never showed up in my account. I had to file a dispute through my credit card company and the whole thing is still being sorted out. These guys have sketchy business practices and I'd stay away from shopping here.

Placed an order for the GP 4000 on November 12th, 2024. Two weeks go by and I never got any tracking information or any updates on where my shipment was. Sent a few emails to their contact address and got nothing back. Tried reaching out through their Canadian site contact form too, still radio silence. Called their toll free number several times and kept getting put on hold with no agents available. This whole thing has been really annoying and frustrating.

I bought a GOOLOO device from Amazon a few years back and was pretty satisfied with how it worked. This time around I decided to order straight from their website but the order never got shipped out. When I tried emailing them about it they wouldn't reply. I got cheated by GOOLOO.

Got myself a GT3000 and only used it a couple times over the last 26 months. I was pretty careful about it though, charging it every few months to make sure it'd be ready if needed. It did work when I had to jump an Audi Q7, which needs some serious power. Then last time I charged it, it basically died. The screen just keeps flashing with every part lit up and it won't do anything. I'm not sure if other brands hold up better, but this one doesn't feel built to last. I tried getting help from their customer service but they just said it was defective and needs replacing, which doesn't really help me figure out what went wrong.
