What Shoppers Say About gooloo.com
Gooloo products receive sharply divided reviews, with the majority of shoppers reporting serious problems. Most complaints center on non-functional devices that fail shortly after purchase or upon first use, defective units that arrive dead, and severely unresponsive customer service. Shoppers report being ignored after requesting refunds or replacements, with some describing the experience as scam-like. A small minority of customers report successful experiences, particularly with jump starters that performed reliably when tested.
The rating distribution reflects a stark pattern: 80 percent of reviews are one star, while 13 percent are five stars, with almost no middle-ground feedback. Those giving five-star ratings praise product performance and smooth ordering experiences, but their positive experiences are vastly outnumbered by accounts of defective merchandise and abandoned customer support requests.

Sorted by: Most recentThe customer service really fell apart after my GT3000 quit working on me. I've actually owned two of these boosters and both developed problems once the warranty expired. Based on my experience I can't suggest that anyone buy their products.
Picked up a jump pack a little while back and at first I was really happy with it. The box it came in was nice, the unit itself felt solid and well made, and all the cables and extras that came with it seemed really good quality. Looked like a top notch product for the price. But then after a couple tries jumping a 1.0 liter diesel tractor it was completely drained. It's supposedly good for up to 6 liters but that clearly isn't happening. I reached out to customer service about the 18 month warranty they advertise and the agent wasn't able to help because she was at a dragon boat race. Days later when she got back she wanted to know when I bought it, where I bought it, and wanted proof of purchase. She also asked for a video of it charging. I gave her everything. Then she turned around and said since I bought it on eBay I'd have to deal with them instead. I'm pretty sure she knew the return window had closed. eBay doesn't care and apparently neither does GOOLOO. So that 18 month warranty is basically meaningless.
GOOLOO I appreciate you responding here since I haven't heard back from emailing your company directly. Please reach out to me directly so we can sort this out.
I've grabbed two of their starter packs because the first one turned out to be so useful. My son's car battery died at 1am back in February and then my wife's went out in the school parking lot yesterday. When my son saw how well mine worked he got his own right away. Both times I got them going in under a minute from when I showed up. We've got four cars at home so I'm planning to buy more and I've already told a bunch of friends and coworkers about how great these are. It's a fantastic device for what you pay.
Right when I opened the box the GOOLOO GP2000 Jump Starter Powerbank was broken. It wouldn't charge all the way and couldn't charge any of my devices properly. I tested it with my iPad Pro using only 2.4 amps and it wouldn't work. Told GOOLOO about the problems while I was still within the 18 month warranty and they said I wasn't supposed to charge devices pulling less than 200 milliamps, which had nothing to do with what I was reporting. After that I never heard anything else. A few weeks ago I reached back out to follow up and they claimed I was already outside the warranty now, completely ignoring that I had complained way earlier. Their product doesn't work and their customer service is straight up dishonest. I've filed a complaint with the Fair Trading office. A hundred and fifty bucks completely wasted and I won't be buying from them ever again.
