The package never showed up on the date I selected, even though I specifically chose that delivery window. Instead, they attempted delivery the following day and marked it as failed. Now the basket is sitting at a local post office and won't be available for pickup until well after the birthday had passed. I reached out asking for a refund on the premium shipping charge since it clearly didn't work as advertised. Their response was basically no go. They pointed to their terms and conditions and basically said that even though you're paying for priority delivery, they can't promise it will actually arrive when you need it, and refunds aren't happening. That's pretty disappointing. A business shows its true colors by following through on what customers pay for, and this company fell short. Back and forth emails with them proved they'd rather have me post this review than actually fix the problem or make things right. Seems like more than just $16.95 worth of poor service to me.
