Sorted by: Most recentGave this company a shot twice and both attempts were complete letdowns. The product quality was terrible both times and honestly not even usable. On top of that, shipping took forever to get here. Their return policy doesn't help much either. Just not worth it for me.
Ordered a frat keychain on December 2nd and was told it would take 7-9 days to process. When Christmas rolled around and my order was still showing as processing with no updates, I reached out to customer service but they didn't have any answers. I ended up ordering the same item straight from the fraternity instead and it not only arrived quickly but cost way less. Now I'm stuck with an extra keychain I can't use since their refund policy only gives back 50% on orders under $100. Won't be shopping here again - buying directly from the fraternity is definitely the way to go. Really frustrated with this experience.
