Groomers is a terrific supplier. I use their performance and everyday shampoos in my salon all the time. Their Performance Scissor Shampoo is especially amazing. The team is always willing to answer questions and give great support. Their products are affordable and still high quality. I'm really happy with them and I'll keep shopping there.
The products are good quality but they're charging way too much for shipping. I ordered a brush and they billed me 6.50 for Royal Mail small parcel 2nd class delivery when that service actually costs around 2.60.
New customer here and really disappointed. Got new clippers and after just a light trim, two of the combs broke. When I contacted their customer service they didn't care and said they'd call me back but never did. They just wanted to get me off the phone. Will not be ordering from them again.
My first purchase from this company and I was really impressed. The staff was friendly and got my order processed quickly. I bought their coat management dog spray and it works great for keeping my three Bearded Collies looking their best.

I wanted something before the holidays but totally procrastinated. I tried everywhere and nobody could promise it would arrive in time for Christmas. I knew Groomers had paused their next day delivery because of mail delays, so I just ordered figuring it would come after. I placed my order after their noon cutoff and figured it'd go out the next day. My stuff actually arrived less than 24 hours later. I was blown away. I had other items sitting in my online shopping cart from another retailer, but I'm just going to buy from Groomers instead now.
Where do I even begin with this mess. I called to ask about clippers for my collie with a thick coat and the guy told me what would work best. When I got them they were basically useless, and even cheap clippers from a discount store worked way better. I tried reaching out by email and text and phone and nobody would help. Eventually I got him on the phone and he said I needed a different blade, so I ordered that thinking it would fix things. But that blade didn't fit the clipper either and the screws were too short. The box showed up damaged and he blamed me for the crack, even though he'd already knocked 10 percent off because of the same damage. I asked for my money back since he gave me bad advice in the first place. The clippers took three weeks to arrive and he refused a refund because I was within their two week return window. He claimed the first clippers got lost in the mail, which sounds convenient. I think they deliberately delay things so items can't be returned. Then he accused me of using the extra blade I bought, which made no sense since I couldn't even attach it to the clipper. After spending two hundred dollars on clippers and a blade hoping to save money in the long run,
