This company really dropped the ball on appraising my items. I submitted everything they asked for including tons of photos back in April and paid upfront, but months went by without any appraisal completed. I called multiple times and nobody got back to me as they promised. Eventually I managed to reach someone who said they couldn't complete the appraisal properly. It took five months before I finally got my money back.
