Their so called Miracle Brush is absolutely not miraculous and a total waste of money. I have thick hair and my regular paddle brush does the job way better than this gimmicky thing. They won't accept returns like normal companies do, which is ridiculous. How are people supposed to test if a brush works for them without being able to return it. Don't fall for their marketing hype.

I'm very upset about my recent purchase. Before ordering I couldn't find any expiration date information on the product, so I emailed asking for it. Their answer was vague and didn't actually tell me anything clear. I ordered anyway because I'm dealing with serious hair loss and liked the sale price. When the items arrived I found they expire in just one year, which is way too short for multiple purchases. They told me if I return it they'd only refund 75 percent, which is unacceptable. If you won't give me a full refund for unopened products I will pursue this legally and share my experience everywhere online to warn others about these deceptive practices. Fix this fairly and quickly.
