Since we're professionals, we don't have time to wait around wondering where packages are. Tried tracking through their website and got nothing but a message to check back later. Support said it shipped via UPS but gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. When I reached out asking for help, their response was we'll email you in 48 hours. Seriously? This thing is small enough to fit in a regular envelope. This whole experience has been a nightmare with this company. I buy tons of audio gear for work and will definitely avoid Harman products going forward.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Ordered a Christmas gift in early December but they never mentioned it was actually out of stock. When it didn't show up on time, I called repeatedly and nobody called me back when promised. Every single call had me on hold for over an hour, then another hour waiting to talk to someone, adding up to 6 or 7 hours of my time wasted. My Christmas gift never arrived and there was no time to buy something else. This is honestly the worst customer service I've dealt with. Harman Audio completely ruined what should have been a great moment. Stay far away from this company.
