My cat went through ten unnecessary days of swelling, pain, stress, and anxiety while waiting for Heartland Veterinary Supply to deliver her medications. I would never suggest using them if you have an animal that needs medication right away. I submitted two prescriptions on May 5th. When I called on May 9th wondering where everything was, they mentioned they'd caught a mistake in one of the dosage amounts, corrected it themselves, but hadn't shipped yet. They promised it would go out within the next couple days. When it still hadn't after three days and I called again on May 11th, they assured me it would go that day. It did ship around 3 in the afternoon, and I got it on Monday, May 15th. That's a full ten days from the original order date. I can get packages from overseas in under a week. Heartland has to step up their game.
