These people are truly top tier. I've been a customer for years and every time has been excellent. Their rates are fair and they're super quick to help if anything goes wrong. I've had two issues, both shipping related and out of their control, and both times they went way beyond what was needed to fix it

Got the Hot Ones season 24 set and one bottle arrived shattered. I emailed support and got a response from an actual person within a couple hours asking for pictures. After I sent those, they sent out a replacement in just 2 days and it came through fine. Customer service deserves 5 stars on its own, but I have to dock a point for packaging issues. The boxes have way too much room inside, letting bottles shift around and bump into each other. Would be great if they threw in some bubble wrap or padding to keep things stable during transit

Bought 6 bottles thinking it'd be worth dealing with import fees as a one time thing. Packaging felt cheap and flimsy, so one bottle broke when I bumped it while the others just rolled around. They also split the shipment so I got charged shipping and import costs twice. Heatonist didn't have to do this but they could've asked if I wanted to wait for everything to ship together. The sauces disappointed too for what they cost, and I lost the best one when it shattered on arrival. Probably won't reorder. Too pricey for what you get and the website is unreliable. Also can't seem to leave product reviews but maybe that's by design since I wasn't rating things highly

Ordered a couple sauces to New Zealand and paid a lot for shipping. Only got one bottle when it arrived, and the other somehow got separated and lost in the USPS system. Contacted heatonist and they just refunded the whole purchase without any hassle. Honestly incredible. They should look into different shipping options for international orders though, USPS really isn't working out for them. But the service from heatonist itself is seriously outstanding

Packaging quality has gone downhill. My recent shipment showed up with resealed tape from the carrier and the boxes were pretty beat up. For the prices they charge, you'd think they'd protect things better. FYI, most of these sauces show up on Amazon and other places for cheaper anyway
