The product itself is solid, but it broke right when the warranty expired. Customer support offered me a measly 10% off my next purchase, which honestly doesn't cut it. Why would I want to go through this whole process again in another couple years? I'm frustrated with how they treat their customers. I was planning to grab their base station too, but now I'm looking elsewhere. This iPhone case is terribly made. The flap doesn't shut right and doesn't even fully cover the screen. It's a waste of money and completely useless.

The item itself is fantastic, but there's a major problem if you're in Europe. They don't mention upfront that you're going to get hit with extra taxes and VAT since the product ships from outside the EU. My final bill ended up being over 70 bucks, which is honestly way too much for what it is.

Really pleased with this purchase. Sure, their stuff costs a bit more than competitors, but you're getting premium quality and it totally shows. You won't regret buying from them. I also have to give them props for jumping on selling masks and sanitizers when everything was running out.

The product itself is nice enough, but everything else about ordering from them stinks. Between the delivery charges, VAT, and the extra fee from FedEx for handling VAT, the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not eager to use their site again or deal with FedEx either.
