I was ready to give them one star like so many others here, since I ordered something and heard absolutely nothing. Then out of nowhere, my package showed up, which was both shocking and relieving. The issue? I had no clue it was coming. I waited over a week and a half from the day I ordered without getting a shipping notification or any replies to my messages asking if it had even shipped. I genuinely thought I'd been scammed and checked my spam folder constantly. Then suddenly it arrived. The products themselves are exactly what I wanted, and I'm grateful to have received them, but the lack of communication was really stressful. I understand the holidays get busy, but letting customers know what's happening isn't asking too much. I'm worried about ordering again because of this experience, even though I like what they're selling. Hopefully they fix these customer service problems because it would be unfortunate if they went under because of it.
I'd give negative stars if I could. This company is terrible and I feel completely ripped off. They sent the wrong thing and now they're refusing to respond to my emails. Their only response was telling me to email them my return request and wait for a code, which after two weeks and half a dozen emails I still haven't received. Meanwhile they had no problem charging my card immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Their perfumes are excellent, but customer service is definitely lacking. When I had an issue with an order, it took twelve days to get someone to respond. I only got a reply after I threatened to reverse the charge with my credit card company. To be fair, this was during the holiday season, so maybe they'll improve their staffing situation going forward. The actual products are fantastic though, no complaints there.
I've been buying Torn for years without any problems. Recently I placed an order thinking I was getting the travel size but accidentally ordered something else.
