The HeyHoney Silk Facial Serum itself is amazing, but ordering from them is a nightmare. I keep running into problems when I try to buy it, and their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every single order comes with wrong tracking info, and when I reach out to them I basically get ignored. I've had to contact them 5 or 6 times before they actually respond, whether I'm calling, emailing, or using their website contact form. The product is great but the service is really disappointing. Since I'm in Canada and can't get this serum anywhere else locally, I've never found anything that works as well, so I end up ordering multiple bottles at a time. It would be nice if I could just place an order without dealing with all these headaches.
