Picked up my first bottle in February and was seriously impressed. The build quality is top notch and feels like it'll last forever. Setting it up was straightforward and it connects perfectly with HealthKit and other apps I use. What really stood out though was how they handle customers. I had an issue with the lid where the hinge pin popped out, and after one call, they had a replacement sent to me within a day. You honestly can't ask for better than that. This company really gets it when it comes to making quality products and actually standing behind them.

I've gotten 3 Hidrate bottles total, 2 of the Spark 3 models and 1 steel version. The 3's were fantastic and really helped me drink more water. Since I'm someone who loves super cold water, the steel model seemed perfect when it dropped. Unfortunately it's been a hassle with readings all over the place. Their support team has been helpful, but I've had to do tons of resets and data entry, which is rough when you barely get a few moments to yourself as a parent. They replaced my puck and I'm hoping that fixes the accuracy. I'll come back and update this if anything else pops up, but overall it's a solid bottle that definitely boosts your water intake and their support is genuinely good.
