Ordered a ticket in advance and needed to change my travel date. Couldn't get a refund since the fee to switch was practically the same price as the ticket itself. So I lose that money and have to pay all over again. Thanks for nothing.
I wrote an honest review about their diapers and they sent an email saying they couldn't post it because it violated their guidelines. Really?
The gift card system here is incredibly confusing. I got gifted a $500 card and spent hours trying to buy some baby clothes for my kid. After struggling through checkout for way too long, I found out the card doesn't work for baby clothing! The gift card email didn't mention this limitation at all, and my friend who sent it also didn't realize because clothing is literally shown as an option on their site! Total waste of time and an awful system.
It's not terrible like some people claim, though they could definitely work on how they communicate with customers.
Not happy with their customer service at all. I ordered a large package that was supposed to arrive but it didn't, even though tracking showed delivered. I emailed them and got told it was the shipper's problem and I had to deal with it myself. I reached out to the shipping company, but they said Honest Company needed to file the claim. When I told Honest Company that, they said they'd handle it and then apparently never did. I never saw my money or products back. Not going to use them again.
Really good product! Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but that could be from pandemic adjustments.
