Ordered a couple of catalytic converters and the pricing was excellent with speedy delivery. The parts got to me in no time. When something came up with my order, I gave them a call and John handled everything smoothly and without hassle. I really appreciate when a company delivers quality service alongside good prices!

One purchase was all I needed to know this wasn't the place for me. I placed an order and got an email confirmation saying it would ship in two weeks. No tracking info ever showed up. Then out of nowhere, an email arrives saying my package was delivered, but it clearly wasn't and the website still showed awaiting shipment. Support told me the part had to be custom made and wouldn't be ready until mid-December. When December came around, delays just kept getting worse. I called support multiple times and they offered me a different part in stock that would ship immediately. They promised a confirmation email that never materialized. Another call supposedly would get me a callback with timing details, which also didn't happen. After waiting almost two weeks extra, I had to pull the plug on the order since they kept pushing the date back. I did eventually get a cancellation and refund email. If you need a specific part, look elsewhere.

These folks are completely unreliable. They assured me my exhaust was already in their warehouse. It's been over a month and suddenly nobody's picking up the phone.

Got a catalytic converter and exhaust setup for my Mercedes that turned out to be defective. Like others mentioned, this unit came in four inches shorter than it should be and couldn't fit without adding extensions. Made in 2024 but clearly not tested. Their customer support is virtually useless and fighting for a return is a nightmare. I sent over fifteen messages with photos trying to resolve it. After the manufacturer got it back, they flat out refused to refund my money. I had to contact my credit card company and file a chargeback with all my documentation. Don't waste your money here.

Figured I might score a good deal, but things went downhill fast. No shipping updates were ever sent. Communication was basically nonexistent and phone calls went unanswered. I decided to cancel and finally reached someone from customer support, but they were dismissive and unhelpful, stalling me on hold without wanting to understand my cancellation request. Never got a cancellation confirmation or refund information. My bank had to step in and reverse the charge after I filed a dispute. Steer clear of this company.

The delivery took longer than expected, though that might just be because my vehicle is pretty unusual. However, the customer service team was genuinely helpful and apologetic about the timeline. They even mentioned they'd reach back out to the manufacturer to see if there was any way to speed things up for my order.

Terrible experience all around. Disassembled my vehicle just to discover they installed their catalytic converter backwards on the piping and won't fix the mistake. They're just sending me a return label for the defective product. Skip these guys entirely. The savings aren't worth dealing with their incompetence. You can count on them messing something up. Find a trustworthy supplier instead.
