Skip their automatic subscription where shipments arrive and charges hit your account regularly. Canceling turned into a nightmare. Even after I went through their cancellation process, they kept shipping products and pulling money from my account. I had to send multiple packages back to finally stop the charges and get refunds. The product itself is decent enough, but their customer service operations are really lacking.

They advertise premium global shipping but deliver using cheap carriers instead. My order got stuck in customs limbo for what felt like forever. Honestly, I could have grown and processed my own beets faster than waiting for this delivery.

This company operates like a scam. Try buying a single item and you'll find you can't get just one in your cart. Somehow once you enter payment details, two shows up on your order. Call them asking for a return label and they say they'll send one, but it never arrives. Full of tricks. Will never shop here again.

Bought several containers and left a couple sitting around. When I opened the third one, it was a solid blob with the measuring spoons stuck inside. Called support and they basically said not their problem. I offered to send them back and they told me not to bother since it had been a year. So disappointing for a company this size. They actually recommended I freeze them to extend shelf life, but that didn't help. For all the money they make, replacing two defective items should be standard. I won't be a repeat customer.

They terminated 3 subscription orders for Heart Chews and marked them as fraudulent. I asked them to remove my personal details, but the support person who handled my call didn't really know what was going on and passed me to a supervisor who seemed totally unprepared for the conversation.

Creating an account is easy but getting rid of it? Impossible. Same issue with removing your payment info - they won't let you. Their invoices are also sketchy; order 6 items and they list it as 1. This company feels unprofessional and honestly sketchy. Their marketing looks great but don't fall for it. Waste of money.

Can't get anyone to pick up the phone and they keep sending me orders I didn't ask for and charging my card. I've tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past week with zero response.

Tried using a text discount code for 15% off Super Beets powder but it wouldn't work no matter what I did. Ended up not buying anything, blocked their texts, and unsubscribed from emails. You can get the same blood pressure benefits from basic niacinamide at a fraction of the cost. Really frustrated with the whole experience.

This was absolutely unreal. I ordered from HumanN a couple times and liked the stuff enough to try their subscription. But then I saw their VIP sale offer and bought some 2 for 1 items. Next thing I know, I get an email saying my order looks fraudulent because they think I'm reselling. My account got locked. I emailed back explaining I'm just a regular person buying for myself and that THEY sent me the sale ad in the first place. Rude and unhelpful. Never got the promised phone call follow-up. At these prices, I can grab the same Super Beet chews at Walmart under a generic brand for a third of what they charge.
