Got a shower filter back in late 2021 and it hasn't made any difference in my water at all. My skin's actually gotten drier since I started using it. I asked the company to send me proof that their product actually works the way they describe and they had absolutely nothing to show me. They just gave me the runaround and ignored me. You can't call them on the phone, you're stuck emailing or using chat. I left a three star review on their site and it disappeared immediately, which tells me they remove any negative feedback. Don't buy from these guys. Their products are junk. A real company would have scientific proof their stuff actually does what it claims.
