The company was running a 30% friends and family discount that applied to everything on the site. When I entered my zip code to check shipping costs, it showed free delivery via FedEx Ground. However, once I typed in the discount code and it went through on the checkout page, something weird happened. The site suddenly added a $9.90 charge for FedEx Ground shipping that wasn't there before! I contacted customer service right away with my order confirmation, and they sent back an automated message saying someone would get back to me. That never happened, and by then the sale had ended. This feels intentionally misleading to me. The actual product deserves a star, but the way they handled the pricing situation does not.
