Their products are junk and I wouldn't recommend them. They have zero quality control whatsoever. I've seen and dealt with way more problems from their hubs compared to any other brand. One of their hubs actually destroyed a customer's iPad. Thankfully I didn't push the sale. If you need a good hub, check out Anker instead. I've been using theirs for months with zero problems. Hyper also removes negative reviews so anything under four stars gets hidden from view.

Horrible post-purchase support. They only bother responding when there's no real issue to deal with. I was promised a complimentary cable with my charger order, but it never arrived. I sent a follow-up email asking about it and got ignored. I tried emailing two more times and it became obvious they were avoiding me. Once you've paid, they stop trying.
