Really happy with this flashlight overall. Mine arrived without issues and performed perfectly right out of the box for close to a year. The problem came up when I submerged it in roughly 4 inches of water. The IP68 waterproof rating didn't hold up for me, even though it had handled getting wet plenty of times before. Just never went fully underwater until that one time. Would definitely buy again, but I'll be more cautious around water going forward.

The HT-70 headlamp is fantastic. Battery life is better than anything else I've seen, and it's brighter with better distance reach. All the current features are included along with great accessories. The Imalent team was super helpful and quick when I needed support. Really satisfied with everything about it!

Pricey flashlight that impressed me for about 3 days before it stopped working. Customer service is basically nonexistent - fake email addresses and no way to get anyone to respond. It's ironic that the support team isn't nearly as reliable as the bright beam they're supposed to stand behind!

My headtorch quit working after just a couple months. I reached out to customer service, explained what was happening, and even sent a video of the problem. After we tried troubleshooting, they said they'd send a replacement headtorch body. It showed up today and it's perfect! Really impressed with how quickly and helpfully they handled this.

Bought a torch in 2022 and left it in the box. Tried using it recently and it was dead. The paperwork said 60 months warranty but when I called Imalent, they said it's only 2 years. So basically they sent me false information on a 400 pound torch. They said they'd look into it tomorrow, but I'm not dropping this. Wish I'd never gotten involved with them in the first place.

Bought a torch straight from Imalent because they advertised a returns policy. Wasn't happy with how bright it was, so I emailed about returning it. First they said they're not based in the UK and can't accept returns. I then pasted their actual returns policy back to them. They offered me a discount instead. I kept asking to return it, and eventually they gave me an address at some industrial site. I sent it tracked with signature confirmation. Now they're saying they never got it, even though the post office confirmed delivery and a signature. I still don't have my refund. Should have read the reviews first. Their returns policy seems completely fake. Won't be buying from them again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

I ordered a replacement charger for one of their torches and paid up. Got the order confirmation email, but the courier lost it. I got proof from the courier showing it was lost, sent it to Imalent, and asked for my refund. Two months later and they keep giving me the runaround with excuses. It wasn't an expensive charger, but they should just look at the evidence and refund me. Their customer service is really lacking.
