My mum bought a $100 case from them and when I went to put it on my laptop it didn't even fit properly. Terrible product. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this place.

I was bummed when the first one didn't work out, but the customer service team at Incase really made it right. They were super responsive and helpful. Yeah, they wanted pictures of the damaged product, which was totally reasonable, and they got a replacement sent out to me really quickly. That's good support right there.

Definitely not worth what they charge for this. I got a clear case from the Mac Store, and I thought it would be solid since Apple carries it and the price isn't cheap. Turns out the material has zero give to it and breaks super easily. Mine started getting cracks all over the place and ended up looking awful, so I had to get a new one. The worst part is my laptop corner got damaged because the case didn't protect it like it should have. Honestly, you'd get the same level of protection from something way cheaper.
