Ordered a warranty replacement case and it's been a nightmare. Called 30 days ago to have it sent out, and the reasons keep changing. First they said they were out of stock. Then a week later they claimed they can't ship to my location. Still no case and no end date in sight. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've had. I'd strongly recommend finding a different brand for your phone cases.

Really disappointed with this case. I've had it for about a year now, and it claims to protect phones from drops up to about 13 feet. My phone survived a serious fall. During a road trip, I made a sharp turn in a parking lot and my phone slid right off the dashboard and went flying out the window while we were moving. My boyfriend retrieved it from the pavement and we couldn't believe it was totally fine. The case had some scratches and the screen protector had a few hairline cracks, but the phone itself? Perfect condition. I'm definitely buying from them again.
