What Shoppers Say About inez.com
Inez.com shoppers are deeply divided on the brand. Supporters praise the shoes for exceptional comfort, particularly highlighting styles like the Alta pumps and Sofia, and commend the company's customer service for being helpful and knowledgeable. However, a substantial portion of reviewers report serious quality concerns, with complaints about leather peeling after minimal wear, packaging that damages shoes upon arrival, and durability issues that don't align with the premium price point. Several customers have also experienced frustrating customer service problems, including unresponded refund requests and lack of communication after returns.
The most consistent complaint involves quality control and value for money. Shoppers who expected high-end durability at premium prices felt disappointed when shoes showed signs of wear quickly or arrived damaged. While some customers remain loyal repeat buyers, others feel the brand's marketing about comfort and quality doesn't match their actual experience, particularly given the substantial cost.

Sorted by: Most recentThe Paz70 Stretch boot looks beautiful. I tried them around the house and they felt good so I decided to keep them. But when I wore them to a concert last week, my feet were in agony halfway through. That's rough for a brand that claims to make comfortable heels, which is literally why I bought them in the first place. When I emailed about it, they said they don't take returns on worn shoes. That's a pretty terrible policy. These shoes are supposed to be comfortable and they're expensive. For me, they were actually really uncomfortable. So we're talking about a bad product and even worse customer service. Fair warning to anyone thinking about it.
Had a really good experience overall. I picked up the silver Yvonne mules and the arch support bothers me just a little bit. I dialed their office and actually got a real person who helped me order a new pair in half a size bigger at no extra cost. At the same time someone else from their team sent me a thoughtful email offering a free UPS label if I wanted to return the first pair, but I could take my time comparing them first. What business does that these days?! The bigger size turned out not to be the answer so I'm going to stick with my original size. A buddy of mine has two pairs of their shoes and has bad feet issues and she absolutely loves them, so if you have foot problems or arch concerns, these might be perfect for you. I don't have any foot stuff so I'm not sure the extra padding is necessary for me, but I really can't say enough about how well they treated me. When everyone else is outsourcing customer service or you can't even get a response, the way Inez took care of me really stood out. They didn't know anything about me or what I do, yet they still went above and beyond. That says a lot about how they treat customers.
Such a letdown for the price. I really can't recommend these shoes and I'm incredibly frustrated with my purchase, especially at that price point. Five hundred dollars essentially wasted. The arch support is decent, but it doesn't make up for how poorly these shoes are constructed. They fit way too small and narrow. Inez knows about this problem and their support team told me to size up half a size, but why don't they just use normal sizing from the start? I ended up going up a full size just to get my foot in them, and now there's almost an inch of extra material bunching up at the heel, making it super obvious in an open sandal that I'm wearing the wrong size. The Isabel block heels show this excess length really clearly and look cheap because of it. The Isabels are fine otherwise so it's unfortunate they weren't made to fit properly. With my Marisol 90 booties, bumping up half a size didn't help one bit. Even after having a cobbler stretch them twice, I get pain immediately when I wear them. Looking back, the fact that their marketing is basically all Instagram ads and you can't find any reviews anywhere on their actual site are major warning signs for a brand that clearly doesn't stand behind what they're selling.
Skip this place entirely. I ordered 4 pairs and every single one had bad fit and was uncomfortable. They don't perform like they say they do. On top of that, my refund is taking forever. I've been waiting 30 days even though they already got the shoes back. Nobody picked up the phone or answered emails. I had to do a chargeback to try to get my money back. Trust me, don't waste your time like I did. These shoes just aren't worth the hassle.
Total ripoff! I spent $250 on a pair of pumps that were constantly shoved in my face on Instagram. I wish I could show pictures of how badly these heels were put together. The leather was all bunched and wrinkled along the outside of the shoe and the same issue was on the part covering the heel.
Finding shoes that look good, fit well, feel comfortable, and have proper arch support is basically impossible. But Inez nailed it. When I first put them on I wasn't sure, and they took a bit to break in, but then something clicked. Now every time I go to grab shoes in the morning I reach for my Inez booties. Nothing beats them except my beat-up running shoes. I wear them constantly, all day long, and they still look nice. I really wish I'd bought more pairs because everything else in my shoe collection is just taking up closet space now.
