I've been ordering from them regularly since 2022 and have gotten several shipments of dies, embossing folders, and paper products. Every single order arrived right when it should and everything was in great shape. The items themselves are excellent quality and reasonably priced. They're definitely one of my go to stores. Stay far away from this place. My order never showed up after being confirmed on December 2nd. The tracking info says "In Transit" and has said that for 48 days straight. Then the owner contacts me asking if my address is right, claiming the postal service told her it was delivered. That makes no sense at all, especially with the mail strike happening in Canada at that time. Their official customer email template actually spells it "cutsomer." I'm really doubtful about all those 4 and 5 star ratings. My original review mysteriously vanished. That tells you everything. UPDATE: I got hit with over $400 in fraudulent charges from a food delivery service in another part of Canada. The bank is handling it and I should be fine, but seriously, if you shop here, watch your credit card like a hawk.

Steer clear of this company. I ordered some dies in February 2024 and while they did arrive, the quality was awful. They told me to ship them back to an address in Seattle even though the company is based in China, and I did. Complete silence after that. When I finally reached out again in September 2024, they said the refund had supposedly failed back in July. No one contacted me about any of this. Now it's November 2024 and I'm still trying to get my money back. They claim they've tried three times to refund but it keeps failing, and they told me to call some company I've never heard of. I can't even locate a phone number for them. I'm incredibly frustrated! They have my items and insist they can't return my payment even though my bank said there are no issues on their side.

Avoid this shop at all costs! I made a second purchase in August 2024 and had two items go missing. Despite reaching out six different times, they refuse to help resolve it. Talk about a profitable scam operation. PayPal convinced them to mark it as delivered, which I never contested, yet they won't do anything else. Now PayPal is telling me I need to file a police report. Absolutely unacceptable.
