Used to think this was a solid cosmetics brand, but I've learned otherwise. Two of their tightline mascaras dried up within a week of me getting them. When I reached out asking for a refund or replacement, they completely refused. How does such a big company not want to handle a $20 situation? I'd skip this brand if I were you since they clearly don't back what they sell.

Picked up their Brow Power eyebrow pencil and started using it right away. The pencil just fell right out of the case. Pretty disappointed.

Really bad customer service experience here. When my order showed up, some items were already open. I emailed them but nobody got back to me for 10 days. The products themselves are fine but their customer care is lacking.

I'm furious with this company and they haven't even sent me an email back. I ordered 3 CC illumination creams and because my purchase hit a certain amount, I qualified for a free gift. Guess what showed up? Just the gift. Not a single one of those 3 CC creams. My money is just gone.

This company is ridiculous. I put in an online order and the system automatically picked an old address from my profile. The checkout didn't give me a chance to fix it before I completed the purchase. I got the confirmation screen and texted IT right away saying the address was wrong. They announced they're dealing with shipping delays and my order hadn't shipped yet, but their answer was basically too bad, go find it at that address or wait for it to come back if it's refused. Unbelievably disappointing considering I've been a loyal customer for over ten years. Not anymore.

Would not recommend IT Cosmetics or what they're putting out. All their stuff has an overpowering perfume smell that literally stings when it gets on my face. Their Bye Bye Pores blush is supposed to make pores less visible, but mine looked bigger after using it. When I complained, they wanted me to ship it back and pay for expedited delivery with signature required on top of it. That shipping would cost as much as the blush itself. Their foundation is just as bad. And why do they put perfume in their cleanser too? This company charges top dollar for low quality products and won't back them up.

This product line is exactly what they claim it to be. I'm really impressed that they don't test on animals. Beyond just doing what they're supposed to do like a regular foundation, these products have ingredients that actually help your skin get better. I appreciate that they have tutorial videos showing you how to use everything properly. Plus they offer one-on-one video calls to talk about what would work best for you.
