What Shoppers Say About Jessica London
Jessica London is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 21 shoppers, with the overwhelming majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. Reviewers report significant issues including misleading product photos (items arriving looking completely different from website images), extremely poor quality materials, unresponsive customer service, and undisclosed charges appearing on accounts for loyalty programs customers claim they never enrolled in. Multiple shoppers describe the company's practices as deceptive, with complaints about being charged for returns despite advertising free returns, expensive shipping costs, and refusal to investigate lost packages until 21 days have passed.
The few shoppers who had smoother transaction experiences still encountered problems with unauthorized charges and note that while customer service eventually resolved billing issues, the company's overall practices are concerning. Consistent recommendations across reviews advise potential customers to avoid purchasing from Jessica London due to product quality concerns, questionable business practices, and difficulty obtaining refunds. Shoppers who do consider ordering are warned to carefully monitor their accounts for unexpected charges and to thoroughly read fine print before completing purchases.

Sorted by: Most recentThis company misleads customers about their products. The materials are so cheap I haven't even bothered trying anything on. Getting a refund seems unlikely. They're running a scam. Don't buy from them. I've emailed many times with zero response. I'm reporting them to trading standards. They don't deserve even one star.
This place is a scam. I ordered shoes and when they arrived they look completely different from the website pictures. I'm hoping for a refund but I'm not betting on it. It's crazy they're allowed to operate a business this way.
I bought a bra that was enormous and felt rough like sandpaper. The only way to try another size was to return it and take store credit instead of a refund. The second one wasn't any better either, so I returned it and got back half of what I paid. Then a month later, a charge appeared on my account for a monthly loyalty rewards program I never signed up for. I spent over an hour on the phone with multiple reps who were really hard to understand with thick accents. They finally agreed to refund it, but I'm waiting to see if that actually happens. They said 3 to 4 weeks via phone but the email said 2 to 5 days. Don't trust these people.
My order and return went smoothly, but then I got hit with a monthly loyalty club charge I never signed up for. Their customer service was actually helpful and fixed it, but this company has seriously shady practices. If you do buy from them, watch your account closely for surprise charges.
I placed an order July 30th and it's now late August with still no delivery. I've contacted customer service twice. They said they can't investigate orders until 21 days have passed. It's been almost 4 weeks and they're still refusing to help. My package got stuck at a FedEx location in Georgia back in early August, and FedEx confirmed it was lost. Jessica London won't do anything about it. Don't waste your money here. This is a terrible company.
Make sure you read the fine print. They advertise free returns, but that's not true. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you get charged $10 to return it, plus they already hit you with crazy high shipping costs. I think shipping is so expensive because they throw every catalog they ever made into your box. Unless you settle for store credit or a gift card, you're paying restocking fees. I've been caught in an endless loop of ordering and returning because the merchandise quality is honestly terrible. I'm miserable trying to find even a decent cotton t-shirt. Once I finally escape this nightmare, I'm telling them to stop sending catalogs. The fabrics are cheap, the printed designs look nothing like the pictures, and everything feels like low quality. Don't order from them, period.
What a nightmare! I spent over 2 hours on Friday trying to place an order and the representative kept pushing membership options while reading directly from a script. I finally had to ask them to stop. Then the prices changed as I was checking out, and the shipping cost was ridiculously high. After struggling through all that, I gave up and tried again Monday. Same problems occurred, and when I requested to speak with a supervisor about the price discrepancy, they said they couldn't help due to high call volume. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. This whole experience was infuriating, exhausting, and completely disappointing.
Got a pair of really cute sneakers that turned out to run big, so I went ahead and returned them. When I called to ask about my refund credit, they told me that since I hadn't used it within 90 days, it expired. Since when does money have an expiration date? They basically said tough luck and there was nothing they could do about it.
If one star was possible, it still wouldn't be low enough. I tried returning something for my mother and got the runaround when asking for her refund. They never sent it. The clothes themselves are poorly made. Don't waste your time or money.
I'm furious. I returned items and asked for a refund to my store credit card, but instead they sent me a gift code. I escalated with the card issuer and filed a dispute. I made copies of everything and mailed documentation to the credit card company. They still refused to refund me, claiming they needed more evidence. I returned bad products and they deliberately forced me into a gift code I never wanted. This company is corrupt. I've done everything right on my end, yet I'm stuck with a useless code. Now I'm just spreading the word to keep others away from this business.
