What Shoppers Say About Jollibeeusa
Jollibee USA receives mixed-to-positive feedback, with 7 shoppers rating it 3.6 out of 5. Fans consistently praise the fried chicken (Chicken Joy) and the authentic Filipino-style fast food offerings, with several reviewers noting it compares favorably to other major chains. The affordable pricing and menu variety also draw compliments. However, recurring complaints center on the spaghetti, which reviewers describe as too sweet compared to traditional recipes, and quality inconsistencies with items like excessively salty fries, overly thick flour coatings on chicken, and dry meat. Some shoppers have also found the chicken tough and juiceless rather than meeting expectations for the signature dish.
While the restaurant generates enthusiastic support from satisfied customers, the variability in execution across menu items and individual visits suggests the experience is not consistently reliable. First-time visitors appear likely to encounter either a strong introduction to the brand or disappointment depending on what they order and when they visit.

Sorted by: Most recentOverall, the experience was solid. The food quality is good, but I think their spaghetti could use some work. The sweetness was just too much for what I prefer.
No complaints here. This place beats out Popeyes, Church's, KFC, and Bojangles easily. Truly top-notch!
I got to try their menu when visiting overseas. The chicken was just okay, kind of had too much flour coating for me. The gravy was tasty at least. The actual meat inside was disappointing, tough and dry with no juiciness. The real letdown was the spaghetti though. I mean, who wants sweet spaghetti? Real spaghetti has that slight tang to it like how the Italians make it. The vibe wasn't great either since staff kept rushing around everywhere making it feel chaotic. I might give some of their other items a shot on my next visit, but if you're not into odd-tasting spaghetti, I'd skip that dish.
This has to be one of the best quick service restaurants around. You get authentic Filipino-style fast food with tons of delicious and affordable choices. Their signature fried chicken called Chicken Joy is absolutely worth trying.
The Chicken Sandwich Deluxe was pretty good. My only issue was the French fries being way too salty. The peach mango pie was solid though.
