Juice Beauty was once my go-to brand, but things have really changed. Ever since the ownership shifted and new management took over, the quality has taken a nosedive. The products just aren't what they used to be.

The Green Apple-Brightening line seriously messed up my skin barrier. Their formula has potent AHA that seems oxidized and way too acidic. I threw the whole line away. They advertise as clean beauty but the quality isn't there. It's telling that Whole Foods and Sephora stopped carrying them, and their presence at other retailers is pretty sad. Even Amazon has minimal inventory with mediocre ratings. The brand seems to rely heavily on marketing hype. I've left reviews on their site that never got posted either.

My makeup order showed up completely destroyed. When I tried to get in touch about returning it, I kept getting sent around in circles. Nobody on their team could actually assist me with the issue.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I placed an order but didn't catch that they shipped it to my niece's name and address instead of mine until after the order was already processed. I immediately emailed Juice Beauty to report the mistake and ask them to fix it. They shot back saying orders go into production instantly and there was nothing they could do. I was stuck. After telling them they'd lost my business, I never got a real solution. They don't even have a phone line to call, just email that gets ignored.

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I reached out asking for foundation samples so I could find my shade, and the response was technically yes, but just for the foundation. The tone felt dismissive. I explained that I specifically needed to test the shade since it's not sold in stores, which is standard with most beauty companies. She said she'd send them over, but nothing ever arrived. A couple weeks later, I followed up asking if they shipped, and got a yes. Two months have gone by with no samples. I tried emailing again and got no response. There are plenty of natural makeup brands out there now, and I've already found two other companies with way better service and products I'm loving more.

I was let down by the product I ordered from them. They had promoted it as amazing, but once I started using it, I realized it wasn't performing like they said it would. Most skincare needs at least a week to show results, but this just didn't deliver. I wish they'd focus more on giving customers real value for their purchase price.

While their products are actually pretty solid, the customer service is basically nonexistent. They drag their feet responding to questions, and when they finally do get back to you, it's clear they don't really care about fixing your problem. There are definitely other brands out there that offer comparable products with way better support.

The products themselves are fantastic, but good luck getting actual customer service. Their phone line doesn't have anyone picking up to help with order issues, and emails take nearly a full day to get answered. I really enjoy what they sell, but when something goes wrong, there's no human available to help sort it out. Eventually, when their support fails me one too many times, I'll take my business somewhere else.

I'm really careful about what goes on my skin since it absorbs so much. Finding skincare and shampoo products that skip parabens, petroleum, pesticides, artificial dyes, and synthetic fragrances while actually delivering results is tough. I've been using their Antioxidant Serum for a few weeks now and I'm thrilled with how well it's working.
