Just started my second month and already running into issues. Nobody sent me an option to customize or skip this month's box, yet they charged my card anyway and it's already in transit. I've tried reaching out via email multiple times over the past week but haven't heard back from anyone. I'm done with this membership. Honestly, you can grab China Glaze or OPI products at the same price point and get double the amount of polish in each bottle.
