Poor Support and Dismissive Attitude. I bought several things from JustFoodforDogs and had to send back one item that was never opened. The support staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful the whole way through. They shut down my case with a standard letter, acting like my satisfaction didn't matter at all. I ordered online so I expected to be able to return it through the mail or at a post office, but they insisted the only option was to visit their location over 15 miles away. Without a vehicle, that was an unreasonable demand. I tried contacting them multiple times by email and phone but got nothing back. I'm really upset about how I was treated and won't buy from them again. It's unfortunate because I liked what they were selling, but their customer treatment is unacceptable. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so other shoppers know what kind of experience they might get from JustFoodforDogs. I encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Works Great for Healthy Pups. Since we switched our 9 year old Maltese over to this food, his fur is looking noticeably better, he gets fewer tear stains, and he just seems more active overall. He really enjoys eating it! We'd definitely suggest giving it a shot! Keep in mind though that this might get pricey if you've got a larger dog and it's their only food source.

More Like 'Keep Billing Me' and They Won't Stop. They should honestly rename themselves because they hold onto your card info and just keep running charges. The actual food is decent enough, but there are cheaper alternatives out there. My main complaint is how they operate. I keep getting autoship boxes, they charge my card, and they completely ignore my repeated cancellation requests. They talk about a 'satisfaction guarantee' but they don't actually honor returns! I volunteer at a dog rescue and we've had five rescue dogs this year. They brag on social media about backing rescue efforts, but when I've tried to send back the mountains of food piling up at my door, they offer zero assistance. My mom also purchased this for her dog a few weeks back. She's getting shipment notification emails nonstop! She cancelled her subscription several months ago. When she emailed their support, they admitted there's a glitch causing the notifications and basically told her to just ignore them!! One message even mentioned they were going to charge her credit card again.

Great News: They Just Opened a Store! My goldendoodle has never been super excited about eating and barely touches her food most days, even sometimes going without for days, which really worries me. I've tried everything from premium dog food companies. She's picky about chicken too, which doesn't help. Just Food for Dogs is the only brand where she actually gets genuinely pumped to eat. The food is fresh and fit for people, which my vet recommends too. The best part? They just opened a physical location super close to me. Such a lovely store with tons of meal choices and treats for different dog needs. The staff member who helped me was super knowledgeable and pleasant. No more dealing with packaging and ice packs and all that shipping hassle. I can just pop over and look through what they have, including special meals for pups with health concerns. This fresh food is fantastic. And I'm thrilled about the new store! It's wonderful to see them expanding. I hope they open more spots around the country.

This Food Has Truly Extended My Pup's Life. My sweet Jayden is almost 14 now and folks are amazed. She's full of energy and absolutely goes crazy for this food. I tell all my dog-loving friends about them. I'm super thankful for what this company has done for her!

Hope They Stick Around Forever! This place is outstanding. Their meal plans are solid, and their support team goes the extra mile. What I really appreciate is being able to prepare their recipes yourself and add their supplements to make sure it's nutritionally complete. They carry specialty prescription diets for dogs with allergies, bladder issues, and more. I have a German Shepherd and I can grab meat when it's on sale and make batches myself which makes it way more reasonable. I'm constantly telling other dog owners about them.
