The promotional offer made it seem like I was getting amazing value. Turns out both boxes from that deal contained identical products, and nothing felt high-end at all. What really frustrated me was that the company doesn't let you note any dietary restrictions or food preferences before shipping. Most of what arrived I either couldn't eat or am allergic to. This felt like classic false advertising to me. When I reached out about the problem, their support team basically just said they'd take care of canceling the subscription I'd already stopped myself. No apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. Pretty disappointed with how they handled it.
