Signed up on their website with my email but never actually bought anything because nothing seemed worth it. Then without any order or consent, they tried charging $51 to my payment method out of nowhere. When I reached out asking what was going on, they said they had no record of my info. I sent them proof of the failed transaction and they basically backtracked, admitting they did attempt the charge. This company is sketchy. Watch out if you give them any payment details.

Ordered their aluminum free deodorant in both regular and travel sizes. Waited over a week with no updates or confirmation. When I finally checked my order, it showed fulfilled, but all they fulfilled was taking my money. Nothing arrived. I contacted them through the website and ended up having my card company reverse the charge. If I could rate this lower than one star, I would.

Absolutely awful customer service experience. My order never showed up and when I complained, they basically said it wasn't their responsibility. Even though they're supposedly the shipper, they told me to file a claim with the postal service myself without giving me any shipping details or tracking info. Nobody answers and their support responses are painfully slow and unhelpful.

Major red flag here. Someone claiming to work for this brand contacted me about a content creator opportunity offering $5000 for three months of work. The deal included free products supposedly, but then they asked me to pay $100 for shipping. I sent money through Zelle. Next thing I know they're asking me to send the same amount again to a different account, claiming their contact had health issues and couldn't process payments. They never helped me recover the first payment. Total scam. I never got my money back.

I placed an order and they charged my account immediately. Days go by and suddenly the order gets flagged and canceled for fraud reasons. Still haven't seen a refund or any products. Their customer service is absolutely terrible with no actual people to talk to. Stay away from this place.

About a year back I bought six bottles of their Hydrating Vitamin C Shower Oil and six Ultra Restore Body Butters plus an extra body butter. Almost all of the shower oil pumps were broken from the start, leaving me with only one working pump that I had to swap between bottles until it quit working too. The remaining ones have been unusable. I gave away most of the body butters but kept one for myself. When I went to transfer my backup tub into the existing jar, I couldn't get the old one out. I emailed explaining both issues. They sent a generic response that completely ignored what I wrote about. When I pushed back saying their response was dismissive and asking for actual solutions, they told me they don't sell replacement pumps and have no official way to help remove the old container. This is exactly why supporting smaller companies is tough. They simply don't have the systems in place to handle customer issues properly. Really disappointing because I wanted to back a woman-owned business based here in California and this is what I got.

The actual products are really nice and shipping takes a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is the pricing feels steep for what you're getting.

The toothpaste here is fantastic, honestly one of my favorites. That said, their customer service can be pretty inconsistent. Sometimes you get great help, other times not so much.
