Just made my first purchase and had to reach out to their customer service team with a question. They were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help. My order showed up in perfect condition and the candles were even better than what the descriptions said. I'm definitely going to order from them again.

I've bought from them roughly 6 times now and I'm done. Problems pop up regularly, and getting them to respond takes at least 3 attempts. When they finally get back to you, there's no apology and they act like you're the one who messed up. The customer service here is awful. Plus, tons of their candles either have no scent or barely any smell at all - I'd say only about 1 out of every 3 actually smells good. I'm over it. This company is overpriced and full of themselves. Go somewhere else if you want to actually feel valued as a customer and don't want to be guessing about what you're buying.
