Really let down by this purchase. I got their Tattoo Pencil Liner in Diox Purple and was disappointed right away. The pencil tip snapped on my first try using it, and the application was incredibly smudgy. Even using wet wipes couldn't clean up the mess it made.

My order arrived damaged and the product is completely unusable. Customer support has been silent about this issue and won't respond to my inquiries.

Do not shop here. This website is completely fraudulent and dishonest. Before I placed my order, I should've paid attention to all the negative reviews. I made a purchase for about $140 and provided my correct shipping address in the order confirmation. They shipped it somewhere else entirely and then refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. I'm now dealing with trying to get a refund from what is clearly a scam operation. Avoid this site and find a legitimate retailer instead.

Don't waste your time trying to contact KVD Beauty. They ignore messages and emails, and their chat is never actually available. I gave up trying. It's disappointing because their makeup actually interests me, but nothing stays in stock and getting any response is impossible.

I'm usually really careful when shopping online and don't fall for scams, but trusting an official brand website seemed safe this time. I was wrong.
