Edward at the front desk provided my wife and me with exceptional service that went far beyond what we expected. We needed access to a different location and had some payment issues that most gyms would shut you down over, but Edward worked with us and handled everything smoothly. He even set up our yearly payment for us without making a big deal about it. We felt taken care of like family, and he made the whole situation easy and worry-free. Edward deserves recognition for truly excellent customer service that shows what the industry should be doing across all locations.

I want to give credit where it's due to Leticia, the manager at this location. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, and when I lost access to my phone and watch for months, I also lost my digital check-in. Leticia went above and beyond to help me out during every single visit, making it seamless and easy. What really impressed me was seeing her actively working the front desk and greeting members instead of hiding in an office. She's professional, caring, and truly great to work with. Thanks Leticia for the outstanding support.

Overall a solid fitness facility. The sales team could use some work, but that's pretty standard. Still, you get what you pay for and it's one of the better studios around. Five stars.

Kaitlyn has everything I wanted in a personal trainer. She genuinely enjoys what she does and that passion is obvious. She stays on top of new training techniques and customizes everything to fit my specific fitness needs. I've learned so much about how my body functions and why she has me doing certain exercises. Her clear explanations and positive attitude make every session something I look forward to. She motivates me through the tough workouts and keeps me focused on achieving the goals I want to reach.

My spouse and I were visiting relatives and found this location to work out at while in town. Dave was really helpful when we got there and hooked us up with guest passes.
