Their customer service is a nightmare, I got hung up on multiple times. Their computer put in the wrong address and when I called just minutes later the representative claimed she'd already fixed it, which was a lie. I kept asking for a supervisor and was told they were too busy. I've sent multiple messages and gotten nothing. This company is done in my book.

Got a window cleaner on July 10th and I'm still waiting for it. Really starting to think I got taken advantage of and I kick myself for not checking reviews before buying. Emailed them but I'm not holding my breath on getting a response. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Got a car scratch wax after waiting about 8 weeks and it's absolutely garbage. Can't cover the scratch on my car at all. Asked for my money back but now they're ignoring me. Don't throw your money away on this.

This doesn't deserve even one star. Been waiting almost 6 weeks for my order and they won't refund unless I refuse the delivery. After reading the other reviews I can guess what happens next. They probably won't mark it as returned so PayPal will deny the refund anyway. Total disaster of a company. I always use PayPal thinking I'm protected but we'll see. The real question is how does Instagram even let them advertise? This needs to stop.

Ordered two cat stained glass window decorations from a Facebook ad for about nine dollars each plus shipping. Wasn't expecting real stained glass at that price so I thought they'd be clear plastic. Turns out they're just very thin stickers that are super hard to put on without getting wrinkles. The print is fuzzy and the colors aren't nearly as bright as what the ad showed. Won't be ordering from them again, it was a complete waste.

These people are scam artists. Ordered handwriting books as a gift for my grandson and got zero confirmation or responses to my emails. Fortunately I went through PayPal so I have some protection. Planning to report them through PayPal and on social media where they advertise. Definitely checking reviews from now on.
